You've survived the unsurvivable for a whole year, and most likely, the hardest bits will mostly be behind you. It won't necessarily radically change everything just by passing the 1-yr mark--although everyone's different and unique, so who knows; it might <i>be</i> radically different for you after you hit it...but there's no right or wrong way here--but if nothing else, it does count for something. <br /><br />I remember being really worried about losing the "x months ago" or "a year ago Charley and I did X" statements as I approached the 1-yr mark too. But the good news is that it doesn't really radically change over time; you can STILL have those "x months ago Roger and I" ties to him...it's simply a different number in reference. Which is possibly a cold, small comfort. But it's not like you have to stop or that the memories end just because you hit that moronic/"magical" 1-yr mark. <br /><br />But I remember perfectly where you're at. Hang in there. You'll make it (like it's such a choice! ;o))...and we'll all be here rooting on and supporting you as much as we can.
